This is a fictional business used only to set up AI receptionist services identically for our test calls. It is not a real dental office and does not accept patients.

Hours

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Closed Sunday. Time zone: US Central.

Cleaning and exam: $129 (new patients $149 with X-rays)
Teeth whitening: $399
Emergency visit: $99 exam fee

Insurance

We accept Delta Dental, Cigna and MetLife. We do not accept Medicaid.

Booking

Appointments are 60 minutes. Collect the caller's full name and callback number, then confirm the day and time back to them.

After-hours emergencies

For swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest emergency room. For other urgent pain, take a message: Dr. Lee calls back by 8:30 AM.

Speaking to a person

Take the caller's name, number and reason; the office manager calls back within one business hour.

Languages

Spanish-speaking callers are answered in Spanish when possible.
